Today (September 13, 2007) in Genoa City…
Kevin calls a meeting with the alleged 3 felons, Kevin, Daniel and Amber. Gloria is also invited. If the three give back the $700,000+, they may not have to go to jail. Amber is the only one without her share of the money. The boys ask a rich widow…Gloria and she initially says no way. Amber leaves. Kevin reminds his mommy of her past and tells her that Amber acts just like she did and she might as well adopt her as the daughter she never had. Gloria thinks about it and later she goes over to the hotel room where Amber is staying and tells her that she will give her the money. Gloria finally does something nice for someone else with no strings attached….hmmm…what is coming up for her on this soap…well hopefully a new fashion stylist…because she a green outfit today that was bright enough to imitate kryptonite and bring Superman to his knees.
While Amber is in the hotel room with the cash, her evil twin pops out of her head and onto the bed. The evil Amber reminds the tryin-to-be-good Amber that she can keep all the cash for herself and no one else has to know. The good Amber is struggling with this decision…go to jail…keep the cash…give the cash back…stay free. Now isn’t this a pretty tuff one. The writers need to give this a rest. Let Amber do the right thing for once on this show. It is becoming very predictable that she will do something air head and end up in more trouble for lying.
David Chow gives Nikki a room key holder as a belated anniversary gift. Well the blonde finally uses the key and goes over to David’s room to have a roll in the sack. Well, in two seconds they’re done and Nikki thinks about her life with Victor…the ups and downs. She decides to call him..I’m thinkin’ she finally going to ask the old fart for a divorce…she dials the number…he answers…and she hangs up. Well, Nikki you’ve made your bed..literally…with the Chowmaster who is probably a schemer like Victor says…now you gotta roll with it…because when Victor finds out about this…sugah ya done messed up and you won’t be on the ranch no mo.

Jack’s indictment is near! Amber finds the money! Lilly gets ready to party!
Today (Wednesday, September 12, 2007) on Genoa City…
As Sharon and Brad have a late lunch together, Brad reminds Sharon that he will only give her love, comfort and support. He tells her that they could have met at his place. Sharon quickly squashes that and reminds Brad that going to his place would be a mistake. Jack shows up, joins them for the meal and warns Brad to stay away from his wife. Brad tells Jack he has bigger fish to fry with his upcoming indictment and he should focus on that. Jack then gets a call from his chief of staff that the vote ain’t lookin’ good for the Senator and he apparently encourages him to get a lawyer. Jack tells him that if he gets a lawyer it will make him look guilty…he wants to maintain the appearance of that he has done nothing wrong and has nothing to hide. Not to sure if this is a smart move but on this show a lot of people have amnesia…Nick…Victor… and maybe Victor has passed his on to Jack…it appears that Jack really is starting to forget what he has done and is thinking his lies are actually the truth. But you know politics…lying is not really lying if you spin it right and if you have enough cash and clout, you can get away with just about anything.
Amber and Daniel decided to book Jimen’s hotel room at the Athletic Club so they could look for the money. When they arrive at the hotel, Carson is there and they each take turn stalling him as the other person goes up to search the room. Daniel didn’t find the money when he searched the room. When Amber goes up to search, she finds the money behind a vent and she has a sneaky grin on her face …like trouble here I come again!
Lilly goes over to Daniel’s apartment to deliver the divorce papers. She sees Amber there in her usual skimpy clothes. Daniel signs the papers and tells her that he will always love her. Lilly leaves and goes over to Colleen’s and tells her how sad she is and how shocked she was that Amber was there with those clothes on….boo whoooo. Well that mood changes quicker than channels on a remote control…Ms. Lilly and her buddy Colleen decide to have a divorce party for Lilly at Indigo. They go to the Athletic Club…why??? who knows. While there Lilly runs into Cain and she invites him to the party and he accepts.

Jill regrets her decision! Jack keeps the lies a rollin’! Nick wants to take Noah!
Today (September 11, 2007) in Genoa City…
Jill tells Cain that maybe she shouldn’t have sought to release the tape. Now she thinks about all of the damage it could cause to Jimen’s reputation. Well it’s too late now the tape is out. K, Nikki and Jack meet to get their stories straight. Michael advises K to tell part of the truth and not to lie. Sharon tells Jack to tell the truth and his constituents will understand. Nikki is just fluff and support. Well Senator Jack doesn’t think the truth will work. He takes the Phyllis approach to life…lie and see how it goes from there. Jack called a press conference and called the tape a fake and assured the public he had nothing to do with the story. K was vague and generic…didn’t say anything that would come back to bite her. Nikki spoke to Jimen’s character as a business man and offered her sympathies to his family. So…Jack was the only big fat liar here. Sharon said she understood why he did it but you could tell she was not pleased with Jack’s lying. Victor stops by Jack’s office later that day to let him know that the Senate Office of Ethics was going to begin an investigation into the Jabot deal. Jack was at a loss for words but his face said "Yikes"….
Before the press conference, Nick went over to Sharon’s to express his concern about Noah being in the house with Jack due to Jack’s behavior lately. He tells Sharon that its not good for Noah to be in the house with someone who lies. Well Sharon finally reminded him of their joint custody of Noah and “duh” she let Noah come and be with your blackmailing, husband stealing, lying, sneaky, convict wife so please let’s not go there about Jack. Sharon assured him that Jack loves Noah like his own son and he wouldn’t lie or do anything to hurt him. Sharon told Nick that Noah stays with her. Well Sharon got a surprise at the press conference.…surprise…your hubby Jack is one of the big fat liars of Genoa City along with his red headed side kick who is in jail.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Has the truth set Jill free and she can now just be a mourning widow? How will Jack get out of this mess? Will Sharon fall into the trap of turning to Brad again for luv, comfort and advice? Since Nick can't see Phyllis anymore, will he turn to Sharon for some friendly support? Hmmm....

Today (September 10, 2007) in Genoa City…
Jill is determined to get back at Jack for what he did to Jimen. She acts as if she is possessed with a revenge demon. She invites a reporter to the mansion and spills the beans about Jabot. She then goes to Victor and asks him to give her the tape of Jack’s admission about owning Jabot so she can release it to the press. Victor pretends he knows nothing about this tape to Jill. She then goes to visit Jack and lets him know that she is angry for what he did to Jimen. Now if Jill could stop for a minute and think…Jimen was a very grown man when he knowingly went into business with Jack. Jack did not force him to sign up for the Jabot gig…Jimen jumped on the ship knowing the itinerary. So I wish she would stop running around tryin’ to be Jimen’s mommy, grow up, grieve and move the heck on. This revenge storyline for Jill makes no sense…let Jimen rest in peace and, please,writers, bring in a new man for Jill because apparently her hormones have gotten the best of her.
Now we know that Victor hates Jack. But why would he release the tape. Yeah we know he has it. He’s not going to tell the crazy brunette Jill…but he has the goods on Jack. We must remember that Victor has oil on the brain…he wants Clear Springs to fall thru so he can start drilling and be even richer than what he is now….like he needs the dough. So Victor being the selfish, honest, upright person that he is (not) sends the tape to the TV station anonymously and the tape airs….what will Jack do…don’t know yet…show went off.
Sharon baby sits Summer and Noah so Nick can go with Michael to visit his wife in jail. When they get to the prison Nick pretends to be a lawyer helping Michael with the case. Since Phyllis used the phone without permission, her phone privileges and visits from family were suspended for a week. During the visit, Phyllis tells them that she can’t even get stamps and envelopes to mail letters until she gets a job assignment which they haven’t given her yet. Michael tells her and Nick that Nick can put money in her account and that will take care of that. Michael also tells her that she must behave and follow the rules so he can work on getting her a transfer to a prison closer to her house. He leaves the cell to talk to the Warden about reinstating her phone privileges and visits. While talking to Michael, the Warden gets a call to come to the cell. One of the guards recognized Nick’s picture from Phyllis’ file and the Warden asks him to leave and never come back again to this prison. Michael tries to reason with him but it doesn’t work. They are escorted out and Phyllis is screaming “I need my family…no….no”. The red head is going to have to be a model prisoner to get her privileges back….her buddy Jack ain’t in no position to help her seeing as how his but might be wearing stripes real soon since the dreaded tape has been released.

Jimen suffocated! Jana tells the truth! Jill is gonna get ‘em!
Today (September 6, 2007) in Genoa City. . .
Officer Maggie tells Jill the cause of Jimen’s death was a crushed larynx and trachea. He suffocated to death. Jill is overcome with horror and grief. She asked if a small woman such as Amber could have done this to a large man like Jimen. Maggie’s answer was possibly. Cain and K quickly add that Amber is a lot of things but she is not a killer. I was surprised that Cain didn’t jump at this chance to get Amber since he is so hell bent on making her pay for her sins against him.
Jack assured Sharon that Jimen backed out of the interview on his own because he wanted to save face – a Korean businessman thing he said. Jack told her that he was never going to use Jimen’s family’s land he bought in Korea to get Jimen to back off (Yeah right and we're all walkin to the North Pole tomorrow). Jack and Sharon head to the athletic club to pay their respects to Jill. Nikki and David had tried earlier to give their sympathies to Ms. Jill but Jill tells all of them to basically get out of her face because they are fakin’. They all wanted Jimen dead and now he is outta there. Jill is a sad widow with a bad attitude….playas in the City better watch out. When the TV reporter questions Victor about knowing Jimen, Victor lies and tells him he never knew him. Jack tells the reporter that it’s not a good time for an interview…people are mourning. Later, Victor threatens Jack about going to the cops to let them know that Jack saw Jimen before his death. But good ole Vic went trottin' up the steps to Jimen's room right after Jack left to see Jimen too…I guess Victor caught the amnesia that Nick got rid of.

The doctor tells Jana that the tumor was benign and he got 99% of it out. He told her and Kevin that he did not think the tumor would grow back. Kevin is excited. Now he and the crazy pot can have fun and be in luv and ride Harley's off into the sunset. Well, there is one thing Kevin forgot, his sweetheart is in jail and facing murder charges. Well Jana didn't forget. After Colleen comes over and gives her a makeup job, Jana tells Kevin and Colleen the truth. Her truth is that she will be in prison forever. She did some reading up on the tumor and there is a chance it will grow back because the doc didn't get 100% out. If the tumor grows back she could turn back into a murderer and who knows who she will take out next. She wants him to go on with his life. Boy this is most sane thing this wacko has done since she has been on the show... listen to her...leave her alone...run boy...be happy that she dumped you. Kevin tells her she is afraid. Jana tells him that he doesn't want to face the truth. Jana calls for the nurse to take her back to lock down. Colleen thinks Jana may be pulling Kevin' s leg with this give up the love act.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Will Jill talk Victor into using the taped version of Jack’ conversation with Jimen reminding him that he owns Jabot? Why is Jill on the widow rampage and so hell bent on embarrassing Jack and K with this whole confession thing about Jabot…Jimen is dead Jill – go with that storyline for more than 24 hours. Phyllis…can you hear me now…will Michael get you phone privileges so you can stop getting in trouble for sneaking a phone call to the outside word?Jimen’s dead! Amber’s gives the cops the 411! When the paramedics arrived, they were unable to revive Jimen. He was pronounced dead. Amber was in a state of shock and called Michael. Jill screamed and cried and held his dead body as long as she could until the paramedics covered him up with a white sheet and the cops came in to investigate. The cops questioned Amber with Michael present. She told them of her theory about Jimen and the stolen money. Amber did not tell that K and Carson knew about her theory. She is standing alone on this one. With her record, I’m not sure if the cops will by this or just charge her with murder because she was found the room alone with the dead body.

Phyllis was given one phone call by the intake deputy. She called Nick and got his cell phone voice mail. Then she called Michael and he told her about Summer’s diagnosis of RSV but he didn’t have any up-to-date info on the baby’s condition. Phyllis was worried out of her mind. The warden came in later to let Phyllis know that she would have to wait on her cell and earn special privileges just like everyone else and he denied her another phone call to check on her baby. When Phyllis was left alone in the intake room, she tried to sneak and make a call to Nick to check on Summer. The Warden came behind her and clicked the button disconnecting the call. Phyllis was stunned.

While at the hospital with Summer, the deputies come in an haul Phyllis off to jail with her kicking and screaming. She does not want to leave her sick baby but she has no choice. Once in the pen, she can’t call back to check on her little girl. Summer has to stay in the hands of dad and big brother. Michael tried to get an extension but he had no luck. Now Summer’s mommy is very resourceful to say the least so she will find a way to get in touch with someone no matter where she is.
Jack is upset and afraid that he will lose everything if Jimen blabs about Jabot. He doesn’t know what to do. He talks to Sharon about how many people will be hurt. Nikki talks with David. They are supposed to meet in the room at 4:00 p.m. Well when Carson doesn’t show up, the smarty pants Amber goes in without him only to find Jimen’s lifeless body lying on the floor. She stands and stares at it in horror. Jill walks in and looks over the furniture and sees her love kitten deader than a door knob on the floor. . .She screams and asks Amber what happened. Amber finally does something right and she calls 911.

While at the hospital with Summer, the deputies come in an haul Phyllis off to jail with her kicking and screaming. She does not want to leave her sick baby but she has no choice. Once in the pen, she can’t call back to check on her little girl. Summer has to stay in the hands of dad and big brother. Michael tried to get an extension but he had no luck. Now Summer’s mommy is very resourceful to say the least so she will find a way to get in touch with someone no matter where she is.

K makes Jill an offer! Ji men’s a dead man walking! Phyllis won’t go to jail!
Today (August 31, 2007) in Genoa City. . .
K talks to Jimen and Jill trying to convince them that if they let the secret out about Jabot a lot of innocent people will be hurt. Well, Jimen is just worried about getting his freak on with Jill so he’s not going to back down but while he’s playin’ Wyatt Earp he’d better watch his back because Jimen is making a lot of hi rollin’ playas angry. Jill is just crazy and wants revenge for her making a fool out of herself. The old lady, K, though is very wise in the way of cash and hormones. She offers Jill a spot back on her list of loot recipents when she kicks the bucket. Jill doesn’t say no to getting back in the will. Jill goes to Jimen and tells him they should consider this lucrative offer. Jill tells her broke luv daddy that she is happy that he would risk going to jail by telling the world the Jabot secret but K’s offer is a good deal. Now think about it…Jill goes thru all this hoopla with Jimen…hate him…forgive him if he gets my mommy and Jack in jail…nah, changed my mind cause we romped in the hay and mommy gonna put me back in the will. Is she crazy or what. She changes her mind more than a chameleon changes colors running thru a jungle. Her silliness could get Jimen knocked off. Now let’s not think K will be totally cornered by these two stooges. Earlier she told Amber to leave her alone but after talking with Jill and her beau, she went back to Amber and told her to let her know what or when she finds the money that was stolen by Jimen. K hadn’t been on this soap this long without knowing how to play the playa….school dem youngins K!

When it’s time to go see the warden, Phyllis locks herself in Summer’s bedroom and will not come out. She says that she is not leaving her baby when she is sick. Michael could not get her an extension to go to jail late. Earlier that day, Summer had a low-grade temp. Doc Logan came by, checked out the baby, and said she would be okay. However, Phyllis will not leave her house and if she is not on time, the warden will be nothing nice to deal with.

K tried to convince her daughter to stay away from Jimen. Jill retaliates against her mommy, as usual, and tells her that Jimen will rat her and Jack out about the Jabot deal. K sees thru this mess and lets Jill know that she is simply out for revenge. Jill goes back the Jimen’s room and they discuss the deal. Jimen will do anything to get the ditzy brunette back. In the meantime, K goes over to Victor’s office to tell him what’s going on and Victor says he is going to do nothing about it. Well K knows that he is up to something…he never simply does nothing. What K doesn’t know is that it’s oil in dem dhere hills in Clear Springs and Sir Vic would be all to happy to see the project fall thru. Victor does help Jack by calling to warn him about Jimen’s upcoming blab session. Jack goes over to tell Jimen to rethink this idiotic idea and don’t mess with him. Jimen and his lust driven ex-fiancee, Jill, blow Jack off and have a drink and a smooch when he leaves.

Phyllis gets several visitors to say goodbye to her before she is off to the pen. Victor gives her novels with lots of pages to read. Jack comes by and lets her know that he called the Warden at the prison on her behalf. She gives Nick instructions for how to help Summer know who her mommy is when she is gone to the pen. Noah is upset that Phyllis is leaving and he acts out by saying mean things to Phyllis and, when he goes back home, he locks his pet up in a closet because he did something wrong. Sharon is at a loss as to what to do with this boy. He is on an emotional roller coaster and she blames Phyllis…the red head should have thought this thru before boardin’ the blackmail ship.

Daniel calls Amber and asks to meet her at the coffee house because he is sad that Phyllis is going to jail tomorrow and he doesn’t want to be alone. Amber tells Daniel about the $100 that Jimen gave her was from the loot that they buried at the Chancellor mansion. They start looking on the internet to find ways to trace money. These two are just a recipe for trouble.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Did Jimen heed Jack’s warning or will he blab to the press? Will Jill’s revenge on K be as sweet as she apparently dreams about? Can Jack fess up to the press before Jimen’s story airs so he will look like mister goodie two shoes for saving his father’s company? Jill wants revenge! Jenna lives to tell it! Amber is desperate!
Today (August 30, 2007) in Genoa City…
Jill is furious with Jack for bringing G-men to Genoa City. K tries to sympathize with her and offer support. Jill blows her mommy off and seeks revenge against her and Jack for ruining her life. She then asks her ex-lover to rat out Jack and K’s involvement with the Jabot deal. G-men knows that he could go to jail but he agrees to do it if this will win back Jill’s heart. To say that Jill is what over 40 ish…her behavior is kind of crazy. If she could recall correctly she ended up in the hay with G-men because of some libido enhancer that Gloria put in their coffee. After this dope wore off, no one held her at gunpoint and said “keep layin’ up with G-men”…she chose to be his woman in waiting with her eyes wide shut.
Amber
Amber finds out that Daniel and Kevin have the money to pay back the debt. She is deperate to get the part that she owes. Amber knows that Gmen saw her bury the money and she believes that he came behind her and stole it. She cozies up to the jiggalo to try to figure out if he took the bag of mula.
Kevin & Jenna
Jenna recovers from her surgery with Kevin at her bedside. The doctor said that she should make a full recovery. Mrs. Rags to Riches…Gloria comes give Jenna a piece of her mind like she has some to spare. She threatens Jenna that if she hurts Kevin that she will have to deal with the wrath of the overly made up Gloria. Now Gloria is talking to a total wack job here…I’m sure Jenna was shakin’ in her evil boots.

Phyllis spends the day with her kids, Noah and hubby. They play basketball and try to teach Phyllis some b-ball skills so that she can join the prison version of the WNBA. Nick and his wife share why they fell in love. He tells her that he will wait for her and they will grow old together...how touching (not). I guess his amnesia is gone bah bye.
Tomorrow’s grapevine…Will Jenna return to her evil ways now that the tumor is out? Can Amber get the goods on Gmen and get the dough she needs to get out of trouble? When will Jill admit that she screwed up and move on? Should we give up on the idea of Nick stealing Sharon from Jack since he now luvs the red head convict?

Phyllis gets her ticket! Nick remembers he loves Phyllis! Jenna goes under the knife!
Today (August 28, 2007) in Genoa City…
The judge finally returns with Phyllis’ sentence. She gets a one way ticket to prison for six years and she has to pay a $10,000 fine. Phyllis is devastated. Just about everyone else that was hurt by her black mail is thrilled that she got what she deserved. Nikki offers to help Nick raise Summer so she won’t turn out like her mother. Of course, Phyllis is not havin that and she tells Nick to tell the evil granny to step off. Nick meets his mommy for coffee. He tells her that he loves Phyllis and she is great with Summer. If Nikki bad mouths Phyllis in front of Summer, he will not let her see the baby again. Well Nikki is surprised that Nick even remembers he loves Phyllis because…what…just a few weeks ago he couldn’t even remember he was married to her. Its amazing what a romp in the hay with the red head will do for curing amnesia.
Sharon & Noah
Noah is upset that Phyllis is going to jail. He tells his mom that he read about the case on the internet. He doesn’t understand why Phyllis is going to jail and his mom and Brad aren’t being punished. Noah thinks that his dad and Phyllis have done nothing wrong relationship wise and Sharon’s sleepin’ with Brad is the reason Phyllis went to jail. He wants out of the Abbott house and he wants to go live with his Dad until Phyllis gets out of jail. This little boy is something else to say the least. He really needs to be checked. Sharon & Jack try to kindly explain the situation to him without telling him that his dad and Phyllis are not the perfect people he thinks they are but the kiddo won’t listen. Well, what’s a mom to do at this point….in this case they just went to commercial.
Kevin & Jenna
Jenna goes up for surgery. The doctor allows Kevin to go in with her because she is scared. During the surgery, something goes wrong. Jenna starts repeating bloody dog over and over again. The doctor yells out orders and goes into emergency repair mode. Kevin tries to stay calm but he is freaking out because he doesn’t know what’s happening.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: When will Nikki mind her own business and try to fix her relationship with her family before offering to raise someone else’s kid? Can Noah stay with his mom and not hate her every other minute of the day? How long will Nick’s “luv” for Phyllis last once she is a jail bird?

Sharon's explanation! Neil's angry! Nick and Phyllis make out!
Today (August 27, 2007) in Genoa City...
Everyone was stunned that Sharon testified to help Phyllis. Sharon said that she did it because she was a mom and she didn't want Daniel and Summer to have their mom taken away. How sweet (not)....that Sharon had a change of heart at sentencing time. Sharon tries to explain why she did it to Neil. Neil is simply p - o'd. He misses Dru and he blames Phyllis for her death. He tells Sharon that he wants not just justice but revenge!
Phyllis and the gang
At the tack house, Phyllis and her two friends gather with Nick and the kids. In case you forgot... Lauren and Michael are the only two friends she has left in the city. After Michael and the gang leave, Phyllis video tapes her reading some stories for Summer. She asks Nick to let Summer watch them every night before bed if she gets sent up the river. Then she starts sobbin like a wet sponge being squeezed. Nick holds her and they start makin' out on the sofa. I guess all of this drama with Phyllis has helped Nick to see her softer, less devious side. What I don't get is how Nick's emotions bounce back and forth between....I'm gonna get Sharon back no matter what...I'll love Sharon forever....to gettin' hot and heavy with the future jail bird.

As she looks at it, she begins to have convulsions and Kevin gets the nurse. They'd better hurry up with the surgery because her brain is going to be fried real soon with all these convulsions.

Phyllis’ fans show up to put some nails in her coffin! Noah finally gets it!
Today (August 24, 2007) in Genoa City…
The courtroom was filled to the brim with Phyllis’ adoring fan club of people that have been hurt because of her blackmail. They were all present to share their two cents with the judge about how Phyllis’ deceitful behavior ruined their lives. They hope their testimony will help nail down some jail time for this trouble maker. The crowd included Neil, Lilly, Nikki, Nick and Brad who testified and Victoria and Davon were in the audience for prosecution support. Neil said that Phyllis’ actions casted a shadow of doubt on his professional career. Nikki said that her daughter-in-law should have minded her own business and this would not have happened -- forget that she started the whole legal windmill here. Lilly implied that Phyllis’ blackmail led to her mother’s death – which it did – and she would never forgive her. Brad blamed his now over marriage on Phyllis – forget about all of his secret identity and the stolen art stuff with him and his mommy. Now Phyllis did have two witnesses that gave positive testimony on her behalf. They were Daniel, Noah and Sharon of all people. Daniel we can understand him speaking up for his mom. Phyllis took the stand and apologized to everyone as she sobbed and begged the judge to consider that she is a mother and has a baby girl. Sharon...what da heck was she doing on the stand? Well, I think she did it because of Noah.
Sharon and Noah
Sharon knows that Noah loves Phyllis and that he is having a hard time dealing with the thought of Phyllis going to jail. Sharon talked to Noah earlier and he finally got it that when you do something illegal chances are you might go to jail. Noah wanted to help Phyllis by telling the judge some of the good things she does as his step mother. So Sharon brought him to the courtroom so he could do that. Then Sharon took the stand and said that Phyllis was a good mother and a good step mother, she thinks that the red head has learned her lesson, and she has forgiven Phyllis for hurting her. This was weird because last time I checked Phyllis still hates Sharon and was talking about her like a street walker to Jack just yesterday. Hmmmmm
Next week’s grapevine: Did Sharon’s testimony help get Phyllis off? Will the courtroom scene ever end and we hear how many years up the river Phyllis will get? Sharon confesses! Phyllis gets amnesia? Gmen admits he’s a liar! Victor plays Mr. Nice Guy!
Today (August 23, 2007) in Genoa City…
Sharon goes into Neil’s office to hide because she sees Phyllis. While in there, she tells Neil that she thinks she is falling in love with Nick again. She said that it was like the last two years never happened and Nick is his old self. Neil reminds her that the last two years did happen and she’d better not mess up what she has with Jack due some lifetime Kodak moments of the Nick she once knew.
Phyllis, Jack & Nick:
Phyllis has a heart to heart talk with Jack. They reminisce about their life together and where they went wrong. Phyllis blames herself for ruining their chances to get back together by sleeping around with Nick behind Jack’s back. Now this crazy- hubby stealing-blackmailing heffer then proceeds to tell Jack that Sharon is basically no good. She tells Jack that Sharon uses men to validate her…when her relationship with Nick wasn’t going good Sharon turned to Brad…After that to Jack. Well, how can Phyllis talk about anybody. She must have caught amnesia from Nick! Phyllis is the reason Sharon’s marriage went bad…she was sleeping with Sharon's husband because Nick & Phyllis thought their relationships were going bad and instead of fixing what they each had it was easier for the two of them to "validate" each other's stupidity by sneaking around and jumpin' in the sack just about every time they laid eyes on each other. The nerve of this red headed hag! She simply just hates Sharon and deep down Phyllis knows that the thrill of lust is gone between her and Nick and the agony of realism has set in. Now Phyllis wishes she still had Jack just as Nick wants to be with Sharon. Jack loved this crack pot no matter what and she doesn’t have this kind of love with Nick. Speaking of Nick, Phyllis did give him the go ahead to divorce her if she gets the maximum sentence. Let’s see if Nick takes this free get-out-of marriage-card or rides the sympathy train and stays married for the sake of Summer.
Jill:
Gmen admits that he lied to Jill. He knew about Jack’s drama before he signed up with Jack. Jill is upset and tells Gmen its over. Well, it looks like momma was right after all about jiggalo….Gmen. Now I don't like the Jill and Gmen match up but for the sake of saying...Jill walks out on Gmen for this one lie he told about the Jabot & Jack deal. Think about how many women in the world would have a UHaul truck on standby if we all packed up and left over just one lie. Jill must have had reservations about Gmen all along and she is using this one as her ticket out so she won't have to deal with...what the heck was I thinking hookin' up with a playa? Jill don't hate the playa...hate the game girl...hate the game.
Nikki & Victor:
A board meeting for Clear Springs is called. With David Chow at her side, Nikki announces that she got the mula and can continue the project. Victor makes it known that Nikki used part of her marital assets as collateral. All people with good sense in the room thought that this was a bad idea on Nikki’s part. Being the wise business woman she is (not), Nikki beams with the pride of an idiot about having the nerve to see this through. All who know Victor..know he is up to something and it’s just a matter of time before Nikki falls flat on her behind. She’ll be so poor she won’t be able to afford one of those lifeline necklaces to call for “help…I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” when the deal is said and done. She is well on her way down the lane of self destruction to a double wide.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Is there “told you so crow” on the dinner menu at the Chancellor Estate when Jill returns? Will Phyllis ever make it to the sentencing hearing so we can all move on? Can Daniel tell a good enough story to the judge about his mommie dearest so she won’t spend as much time in stripes? Does Nick actually plan on staying with Phyllis whether or not she is in jail or go after Sharon?

Katherine cuts Jill out! The light comes on at Jill’s house! Kevin is losing his mind! Nick’s sending mixed signals!?
Today (August 22, 2007) in Genoa City…
Katherine meets with Michael and has Jill cut out of her will. K thinks that Jill and Gmen are using each other and they have nothing in common but sex. K refuses to let Gmen have one red cent of her money. If her daughter can’t see that she is being used to suit Gmen’s purpose like a rented tux, then K will help her see the light with being broke when the old lady bites the dust. K reminds Jill that she thinks Gmen is up to no good and if she doesn’t believe her…go ask Jack. Jill vows to get revenge on her old mommy by knocking Jabot down a peg or two. How is she going to do that…the company she and Gmen will start is going to release a new fragrance that will blow Jabot’s Glow fragrance out of the water. If Jill thinks that this revenge fragrance is going to take out Jabot, then Gmen’s bedroom luvin skills should be sold instead of the perfume because he apparently has the power to turn a sane woman into a virtual teen in heat with only a few rolls in the hay.
When Jill and Gmen are alone again, Jill asks Gmen if he knew about Jack’s illegal scheme with owning Jabot through House of Kim. Gmen quickly denies knowing about the sanction against Jack owning Jabot. Well, Jill might not admit it…but she heard the old lady earlier and she went over to Jack’s house to ask Jack about Gmen’s involvement with the Jabot drama. This is a light bulb moment for Jill. She finally turned her hormones off for a few seconds to hear what K was saying…check out the jiggalo girl before you throw yourself hook, line and sinker in the sea of lust.

Kevin is going crazy. Jenna’s surgery won’t happen for another two weeks. Kevin is upset and he calls Michael and asks him to do something. Kevin thinks that the doctor needs to hurry because the longer the surgery is put off…the worse Jenna will get. Well, of course, Michael isn't a genie...he can’t snap his fingers and make the doctor change his mind and appear in the operating room today. Kevin will just have to wait. Besides, Jenna is already off her rocker. If it were a true life or death issue even the TV doctor would hurry. Michael reminded Kevin that doctors don’t like law suits for negligence.
Nick and Phyllis
Phyllis thanks Nick for a lovely evening. He gives her a mini shoulder massage and she is enjoying the attention. Phyllis gets dressed for work and Nick follows her to the office saying that he wants to be there in case she needs him. When Nikki gets out of line with Phyllis, Nick defends his wife. Now folks…what is up with Nick? We know he has amnesia but does he have a split personality too? One week or day…he says I am going to get Sharon back… “Sharon I’ll love you forever” and now here he is slidin’ up on Phyllis in a way that insinuates to a woman going to jail…I want you. Nick needs to slow his roll and be supportive to Phyllis without the touchy feely stuff. She is going to read more into this than is necessary and this will lead to more sniffling from the red head. Nick just be her friend please…unless your memory is on its way back in. Besides we want him to focus on getting Sharon back not pretending to like Phyllis.

Is Sharon falling in love with her ex or is she having a deja boo moment? Can Jack help Jill figure out who or what she is dealing with when it comes to get over man oops Gmen?

Colleen controls the family secret! Jack surprises Sharon! Nick and Phyllis get close!
Today (August 21, 2007) in Genoa City…
Jenna reveals to Adrian Brad’s real name. Colleen confirms it and she also tells Adrian about the family secret. Adrian tells Colleen that he will not write the story if she doesn’t want him to...it is her decision. Since Colleen is mad with her daddy for interfering in her relationship with Adrian and cutting her off financially, she is taken with the idea of being the controller of the release of the family secret. Now, Brad is a jerk but he loves his children and he was really trying to protect little miss know it all when was dating her professor. Colleen now appears to be looking for payback for Brad being a parent. Brad can’t win for losing so far. Forget how she could jeopardize her grandmother’s safety and her family overall…let’s just focus on getting daddy for looking out for me…way to go Colleen. When all of the Adrian’s are gone, the only person that will be there is her daddy, Kevin and Lilly.
Jack and Sharon
To get her out of her funk, Jack surprises Sharon with a game of finding clues. Sharon eventually finds all the clues and discovers her surprise….a trip to Paris for the happy couple and Noah. While Jack goes up stairs to wait for Sharon to bring the celebratory champagne, Sharon picks up the earrings she wore in the bank vault with Nick. She thinks about the kiss and conversation she and Nick had while in the vault.

Kevin asks Jenna what she wants him to do (medically) if something goes wrong with the surgery and she does not recover in a conscious state. Jenna tells stories about people being in comas for years and alludes to the fact that she will always be there for Kevin. Kevin leaves the hospital and returns to lie next to Jenna during the night as Jenna spouts out off the wall comments about people that don’t exist. Kevin just pretends what she is saying is real and holds the nut…I mean Jenna.
Phyllis and Nick
Summer runs a low grade fever and they call Dr. Logan out. Phyllis holds and rocks Summer until the doctor gets there. She is trying to take advantage of every minute with her little one because tomorrow she may be in jail. The doctor finally arrived and said the baby was okay. Nick puts Summer to bed. Phyllis complains of arm cramps and Nick decides to keep her loose by dancing with her. He puts on some luv music and they begin the proverbial last dance before sentencing. Phyllis asks him if he remembers how they used to dance and drink wine when Summer went to sleep…well, dah….he has amnesia and of course he doesn’t remember ya…he is just trying to be nice and comforting since ya might be headed out to sea real soon. Phyllis just enjoy the moment that he actually wants to hold you.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Can Michael put on his super man…I mean super lawyer cape and come to Jenna’s rescue? Cut Jill out of her will…does Katherine really want to do this? Will smooching resume for the love bird campaigners…Nikki and David?

Paul’s freedom is threatened! Brad’s secret identity is revealed…again!
Today (August 20, 2007) in Genoa City…
Since there is evidence of her attempt to escape, Phyllis is summoned back to court. On her way into the courtroom, Phyllis sees Paul. She quickly lets him know that if she goes to jail because of him getting in her business, he will be wearing stripes in the cell next to hers. Phyllis reminded Paul that he kidnapped a woman (Sheila) and she'd talk like a parrot if it suits her purposes. Now, you would think that Phyllis would find a new way to get people off her back other than blackmailing or threatening...dah. While in court, the judge asked Phyllis to speak. She gives a teary-eyed eloquent speech about returning because she did not want to abandon her children. The judge believes her and he lets her go back home.
When she returns home, Noah, Daniel, Nick and Summer are all happy she is back. Now speaking of Noah, what is up with this little boy. He tells his mom he hates her just about every time something doesn’t go his way or he does not understand something. He clings to Phyllis as if she is his mother and Phyllis has never done anything wrong. Boy, she stole your daddy from your momma...remember that one. Now not saying that Noah has to hold a grudge. ..but to lash out at your mom at just about every turn...come on. Phyllis did bake him a cookie and took him on a four wheeler ride...so now all is forgiven on her end and he just loves her to death and doesn't want to ever leave. Whereas the evil mommy Sharon has to always be the bad guy in his script oops his eyes. Sharon mentioned in the past that he goes to see a therapist. Well, the therapist needs to give Sharon her money back because whatever technique she is using ain’t helping this little one. Maybe Sharon needs to take a tip from the red head...mount a four wheeler and bake cookies and that will make it all better for Noah. ..yeah right...Bottom line, since this is a tv drama, this kid needs a script adjustment.
Kevin and Jenna
Kevin visits Jenna in the hospital. She is in and out of nut land..as usual. Adrian returns from his trip and he goes to see Jenna. He asks Jenna questions about her family and Brad’s family because he is writing a book. Now who wants to read a book about either of these two clowns and what their families have done, Adrian? I think that Mr. Professor is just still mad with his girlfriend’s daddy for being mean to him. There is no point in this book other than revenge. Jenna, in one of her moments back on the farm of sanity, tells Adrian of Brad’s secret identity that he has been living all these years. Of course, Adrian is all ears and wants to know more….but the show goes to commercial…and Adrian is left hanging.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Will Jenna’s sanity last long enough to give Adrian the 411 on Brad’s family? How long does Phyllis have left before its …Bah Bye.. to the pen? Will Sharon and Nick get a refund from Noah’s therapist since Noah apparently can’t quit telling his mom he hates her just about every time something ain’t going his way?
Since there is evidence of her attempt to escape, Phyllis is summoned back to court. On her way into the courtroom, Phyllis sees Paul. She quickly lets him know that if she goes to jail because of him getting in her business, he will be wearing stripes in the cell next to hers. Phyllis reminded Paul that he kidnapped a woman (Sheila) and she'd talk like a parrot if it suits her purposes. Now, you would think that Phyllis would find a new way to get people off her back other than blackmailing or threatening...dah. While in court, the judge asked Phyllis to speak. She gives a teary-eyed eloquent speech about returning because she did not want to abandon her children. The judge believes her and he lets her go back home.
When she returns home, Noah, Daniel, Nick and Summer are all happy she is back. Now speaking of Noah, what is up with this little boy. He tells his mom he hates her just about every time something doesn’t go his way or he does not understand something. He clings to Phyllis as if she is his mother and Phyllis has never done anything wrong. Boy, she stole your daddy from your momma...remember that one. Now not saying that Noah has to hold a grudge. ..but to lash out at your mom at just about every turn...come on. Phyllis did bake him a cookie and took him on a four wheeler ride...so now all is forgiven on her end and he just loves her to death and doesn't want to ever leave. Whereas the evil mommy Sharon has to always be the bad guy in his script oops his eyes. Sharon mentioned in the past that he goes to see a therapist. Well, the therapist needs to give Sharon her money back because whatever technique she is using ain’t helping this little one. Maybe Sharon needs to take a tip from the red head...mount a four wheeler and bake cookies and that will make it all better for Noah. ..yeah right...Bottom line, since this is a tv drama, this kid needs a script adjustment.
Kevin and Jenna
Kevin visits Jenna in the hospital. She is in and out of nut land..as usual. Adrian returns from his trip and he goes to see Jenna. He asks Jenna questions about her family and Brad’s family because he is writing a book. Now who wants to read a book about either of these two clowns and what their families have done, Adrian? I think that Mr. Professor is just still mad with his girlfriend’s daddy for being mean to him. There is no point in this book other than revenge. Jenna, in one of her moments back on the farm of sanity, tells Adrian of Brad’s secret identity that he has been living all these years. Of course, Adrian is all ears and wants to know more….but the show goes to commercial…and Adrian is left hanging.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Will Jenna’s sanity last long enough to give Adrian the 411 on Brad’s family? How long does Phyllis have left before its …Bah Bye.. to the pen? Will Sharon and Nick get a refund from Noah’s therapist since Noah apparently can’t quit telling his mom he hates her just about every time something ain’t going his way?

The wig surfaces! Jack’s popularity is going down hill! Nick comforts Sharon!
Today (August 17, 2007) in Genoa City…
After interviewing Nick, Jack and Sharon, Phyllis’ parole officer doesn’t have proof of her attempt to skip town. However, Phyllis accidentally pulls the wig out of her purse while the parole officer is at her house! Phyllis and Nick try to play it off with a lame story about using the wig on a photo shoot. Now Phyllis has had enough time to throw away this wig, dye it and weave into her hair or burn it...her nerves must be really frazzled because she is making very silly, careless, and costly mistakes that the godfather of law, Michael, may not be able to fix. In the meantime, the assistant DA has an airport security camera shot of Phyllis, in the wig, with baby in hand – photo compliments of Paul and Maggie.
Jack:
Jack’s chief of staff (COS) must have been on some kind of “I’m in charge dope”. He came to get Jack straight and let Jack know that his association with Phyllis is causing his poll numbers to drop. The little COS also reminds Sharon that she is the wife of a Senator and should act that way at all times. Now this little dude has never been this bold or fired up. I’m not sure that he really likes his job because we know that when Jack makes up his mind to do something…there ain’t much that’s going to change his mind. Jack is determined to stand by his ex-lover…I mean friend” Phyllis and her son Daniel no matter what
Nick and Sharon:
Sharon is upset when Jack insinuates that she told the assistant DA about Phyllis trying to skip town. She goes to the break room and in walks the man she should be with…Nick. Sharon tells Nick what happened with Jack and also asks him if she should have testified. Well, Sharon had no choice. It was testify and tell the truth or lie and go to jail for the woman who stole your husband…hmmm….let me see which one do I choose….well dah! Nick sees that Sharon is upset and gives her, what is supposed to be, a friendly hug. We all know it was just another opportunity for these two to play touchy-feely, I mean hold each other because they are still in love and need to be together!!!!
Next week’s grapevine: Will Phyllis find a way to get even with Paul for turning in the get away shot that could get her a one way ticket to the pen? Can Michael come up with enough fancy legal words to save Phyllis from drowning in her sea of lies? What will Senator Jack do to improve public opinion…will he finally end his friendship with the red head he loves or just ditch his annoying little COS?

The verdict is in! Victor gets Nikki straight! Brad leaks info to the Assistant DA!
Today (August 16, 2007) in Genoa City…
Phyllis is found guilty as charged. Michael pops up and asks the judge if the red head can stay out on bail until the sentencing and the Judge agrees. Phyllis is stunned about the verdict. She can’t believe her gamble didn’t pay off. Well, one would think with a video tape of you doing the deed it would have been smart to take the deal. Phyllis lashes out at Sharon who finally gets her told and tells Phyllis she got what she deserved. Jack can’t believe she was found guilty – I don’t know why…other than his secret continuing love for the feisty red head. Phyllis, Nick and her kids spend time together at home. Nick assures Phyllis that he will be there for her and the kids if she goes up the river. Michael files for an appeal and hopes Phyllis gets probation only or possible tack house arrest. Well, Brad, the unofficial city crier, may have just ruined this probation hope. He ran to see the assistant DA to tell her Phyllis tried to skip town before the verdict was read. Phyllis thanks you Brad! and Brad wonders why he is alone...hummm
Neil, Lilly & Davon:
They think about Dru and how she died. Davon is upset that Phyllis is out on bail. He thinks she should be locked up for as long as possible since she will never be charged with Dru’s death. The family agreed to move on and make today their New Year. Lilly goes to Gina’s to get some food and runs into Daniel. She returns to Neil’s apparently upset that she saw him. Well, Lilly you should have gone somewhere else to get food seeing as how Daniel’s Aunt Gina owns the joint.
Victor & Nikki:
Victor blames Nikki for sending her granddaughter’s mother, Phyllis, to jail because she made Brad file the complaint with the police. Brilliant Nikki, of course, doesn’t see it that way. She thinks that Phyllis got what she deserved. Nikki may not have learned much about business from Victor but she sure did learn the art of how to stick it to your family without any remorse.
Tomorrow’s grapevine: Did Brad ruin Phyllis’ chances for getting probation? Will Michael get another shot at getting Phyllis off the hook? Will Jack get a moment alone with Phyllis before she picks out her stripes? Can Brad ever mind his own business?
